Mr Holomisa received his BA at the University of Transkei (UNITRA) and his LLB at the University of Natal (UKZN). He has served as a member of the Endangered Species Protection Unit and World Wildlife Fund, chaired the Portfolio Committee on Agriculture and Land Affairs Committee and chaired the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development. Mr Holomisa has also published papers for national and international conferences on cultural and governance issues.
