Mr Sizani earned both his Developmental Studies and MA Development Studies degree at the Universoty of East Anglia in the UK. He was the ANC Zwide second branch Chairperson (1990), the ANC Provincial Secretary of the Eastern Cape (2006-09), and worked with the Kagiso Trust (1989-93).
